The woman shared a post on a budget cooking group online - showing off the delicious looking pies which are served in taco boats instead of pastry.

She revealed the meal is perfect for when yous are feeling time-poor as three of the boats cook in less than 10 minutes.

Pre-made mashed potato

METHOD

To make the meat mixture brown the mince then add onion and garlic powder. Combine the vegetables and tomato paste and stew for as long as possible.

This is best done the night before.

To make the pies take the meat mixture from the fridge and make the mashed potato.

Add the meat mixture to the taco boat, cover with the potato mixture and grated cheese.

Put in an air fryer on 180C for between 7-10 minutes.

Serve hot.
